New processes are created for a reason—often to drive change, establish best practices, or encourage a continuous improvement mindset in your organization. Asking the right questions is part of the process. Why the need to ask questions?

Asking the right questions will lead to better understanding of the both the new and old processes. The creation of new processes must be well linked and integrated to the old processes for the smooth running of the quality management system.
We need to ask the questions to the right people. Those working in the process as they are the best people to understand the potential problems or bottlenecks.
