Assuming after successfully completing this course, we are giving a consultancy work to implement laboratory quality management system in Africa where most of our laboratories are not design for the purpose of fit. After several efforts you still could achieve the fit-for-purpose, what will be your next step?

well there should be a redesign of approach, mind you, it is suppose to be Step-wise laboratory improvement processes, with one department at a time, with this approach, the end will yield little successes that will give rise to overall achievement
