Whose responsibility it is to develop the AUDIT PLAN and the AUDIT SCHEDULE when a laboratory is been consider for AUDITING?( Is it the laboratory been audited or the auditor conducting the audit)

If it is external audit by accreditation bodies or similar , they will send you the schedule for your approval . If the day not appropriate for you, you can ask amendment mentioning the reason and discuss for agreed time.
Exactly Awad,however if its the Laboratory own internsl audit, then the quality manager is responsible.
