Major and Minor Non-conformities
1) When does a non-conformity becomes major or minor?
2) Audit reports for laboratory non-compliance are usually consider non-conformities, should a corrective and preventive actions form be open for all these non-conformities considering the word stepwise approach?

Dear Emmanuel , our practice is Risk analysis finding / our written procedure help us to catagorize NC as minor or major .
In my opinion for those identified NC and require Corrective action and preventive action better to register in NC form and NC summary form so that appropriate RCA ,CA and PA and monitoring for effectiveness can be checked in the form .
