Process model VS Process
Dear friends,
I am confused about applying these three types of documents to our document management system.
- Process Model: When shall it be created?
- Process: ...?
- Worksheet: ...?
Or each activity must create all three types of documents?
Thank you.

A process model is a visual depiction of the flow of work and tasks for specific goals. Often, process models take graphical forms, and they typically depict workflows that laboratories complete repeatedly.
Process is the actual series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular goal. The process model was established to help you understand the process and all the steps in the path of workflow.
Worksheet is where you keep record of an activity you are carrying out.
If the process you are carrying out (USING A PROCESS MODEL) will lead to a result, worksheet is where you captures such result.
100% agree
Dear Femi, Wow, your clarification is amazing. That's helped me a lot to have a more deep understanding of those types of documents.
Thank you very much.
