THE REASON WHY IT WAS AN ISSUE AT THE MANAGEMENT REVIEW WAS BECAUSE IT WAS A NON CONFORMITY. IT IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY THAT MANAGEMENT REVIEW CAN LEAD TO THE DISCOVERY OF MORE NCs. THE NEXT STEP IS TO COMMENCE THE PROCESS OF RESOLVING THE NC THROUGH CA AND PA.
Thanks , Here is another question ,when you have met your objective do you abandon it and establish another objective since it has served its purpose or you keep monitoring it ?

Thanks Awad, I have another questions, for example we have objective which states "to achieve zero occupational exposure by December 2023" when its December and we don't have any exposure it means we have achieved our objective ,so what's next? do we say objective met continue monitoring for the next year or we look for another objective
Yes, you have achieved zero occupational exposure, But did you have in place a tool to measure strictly this exposure?
Plus , you have to put the measures you had taken in to routine process ,monitor and evaluate regularly . Like safty equipments (fire extinguisher ) etc ,fire may not happen but should be routinly ....
